State Rep. State Rep. Ann Bollin is encouraging residents to take part in Michigan’s official 2026 “I Voted” sticker design contest and help select the stickers that voters across the state will receive after casting their ballot during the November election.

More than 2,000 designs were submitted from across Michigan, with members of the Michigan Collegiate Student Advisory Task Force selecting 30 semifinalists in each contest category. Two of the semifinalists in the general entry category are from communities represented by Bollin.

Alyssa M. of Brighton submitted a design featuring Michigan’s state fish, a brook trout, alongside the message, “I voted. Did you?” Erin B. of Green Oak Township created a design showcasing a variety of Michigan wildflowers.

“It’s wonderful to see residents from our local communities recognized for their creativity and artistic talent,” Bollin said. “I want to congratulate Alyssa and Erin on having their designs selected as semifinalists and thank them for participating in a contest that celebrates both Michigan pride and civic engagement.”

Residents can vote online through June 30 by visiting www.michigan.gov/ivotedsticker. Voters may select their three favorite designs in each category: elementary/middle school (grades K-8), high school (grades 9-12), and general entry (open to Michigan residents of all ages).

Winning designs will be announced later this summer. The selected stickers will be distributed to local election clerks across Michigan for use during the November 2026 election.

“Michigan voters have always taken pride in earning their ‘I Voted’ sticker, and this contest gives residents a chance to help choose designs created by their friends and neighbors,” Bollin said. “I encourage everyone to take a look at the submissions and cast their votes before the end of the month.”
