State Rep. John Reilly today invited the Oxford community to join him at a listening meeting on Dec. 6.
“The devastating school shooting tragically struck the Oxford community, and now is the time to come together and support each other in this time of grief, pain and distress,” said Reilly, of Oakland Township. “We all mourn together for those we lost. We continue to pray for comfort for the grieving and healing for the injured.”
Reilly said he hopes the opportunity to gather will provide a sense of community and peace even in sadness. The open meeting takes place from 7-8:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 6, at Oakwood Wedding Chapel, 2750 N. Baldwin Road in Oxford.
